These days a lot of businesses go for a 1300 number as opposed to a 1800 number. The perception amongst customers is not that different however it is far cheaper for the business owner.

Anything that can give back time to a small business owner is a huge bonus. Small business owners these days spend 50% of their time on non-income producing tasks. A toll free answering service sounds like a great idea.
