More on photography

Hi, As I have mentioned previously in this blog, photography is extremely important when putting together a website. Sometimes the difference between an average site and a great site is the standard of photgraphy used.

With website design it is even more important than with most other businesses because a website is so visual.

With the price of good cameras dropping every year and the number of megapixels increasing it shouldn't be too hard to get some brilliant shots. Also, make sure that you take plenty of shots and give them all to your web designer. Here at 123 2 WEB we have some great designers who are great with Photoshop. They will get the best results from your photos. You could also consider using a professional photographer to do some of you photography. 123 2 WEB has a local Sydney-based photographer that we can recommend who is very reasonably priced.

If you are really serious about how you can present your business in the best possible light it is worth spending that little bit extra and investing in good photography. You should then incorporate the photography into your website development process. By doing this you can make the most of the great opportunity that your new website will offer.

I agree, it's all visual. If you have a really poor looking photo then your website will also look bad.

With the great cameras available these days there is no excuse for having poor photos.

From my experience it is all about the lens, not the mega pixels.

There's nothing worse than people using a cheap phone camera to take shots that they then use on their website. It doesn't cost a lot to get yourself a decent camera.
